 APPLICATION:  Strip back the interleaving and stretch the tape to reduce its width by one third to keep the tape under tension and wrap over lapping successive layers by about 50%. Finish the wrapping by holding the tape and snap by stretching. The high degree of stretching will prevent the inclusions of void and ensure a rapid self-amalgamation. 

DURABILITY:  The life of the tape exposed out of doors is expected to be several years. If the tape will be subjected to abrasion an external covering by soft PVC tape is recommended.
